Three-ingredient baby plum tomato pasta

This quick and easy meal is great after a long day at work. Not only is it delicious, but it is also filling, which means you won't want to snack afterwards and with only three ingredients it's cheap to prepare.

Ingredients:

250g Baby Plum Tomatoes

2 Handfuls of pasta (any kind)

4 Spring Onions

Method:

1. Chop half of the baby plum tomatoes and two spring onions into small bits and them place them in a glass bowl. Mash them together using a fork.

2. Boil the pasta for about 10 minutes until cooked.

3. Chop the other two spring onions and lightly fry them. Chop the rest of the tomatoes in half and add them to the frying pan and cook gently.

4. After a few minutes add the cooked pasta and the mashed spring onions and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy!
