Three-ingredient peanut butter cookies
There are many things that make this recipe so great. It’s extremely quick to prepare and bake, so if you don’t have a lot of time, you can still have tasty bakes. They also only have three ingredients, making them cheap to prepare and of course they taste delicious.
Ingredients:
200g peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
175g sugar
1 large egg
Method:
1. Mix the peanut butter and sugar together in a bowl. Then add the egg and mix until the mixture forms a dough.
2. Break off bits of dough and place them on a greased tray.
3. Bake in the oven at 180C/160C fan/gas 6 for 12 minutes until golden around the edges.
4. Leave to cool on a cooling rack for a few minutes, before enjoying the nutty goodness.
Reviews:
Andrew
“They weren’t what I was expecting, they taste like a snickers without the chocolate.”
Mike
“They are very sweet, maybe a little too sweet for me, but I do like them. They don’t taste exactly like peanut butter, but they still have a good peanut taste.”
Sam
“They have a good texture, which is really important in gluten-free biscuits, because that is hard to get. They don’t break up or fall to pieces either which is great. I like them, although I think they’d be even better dipped in chocolate.”
