Gluten-free options at coffee shops

For someone with coeliac disease, or just someone who is trying to eat without gluten, coffee shops can be the most difficult of places to dine at. There’s a wealth of pastries, sandwiches and cakes on offer but it can be tough guessing which contain gluten and which don’t.

Luckily, we’ve got this handy guide to eating gluten free at all the most popular coffee shops in the UK; all of which have stores in Lincoln, so you can eat easy knowing that there’s a spot nearby in town for you to eat at.
